The fountain on Münsterplatz depicts, in a tranquil scene, how people handle money. The metal figures represent attitudes such as greed, stinginess, generosity, and begging. Since 1976, warm thermal water has been circulating in the basin here, moving even in winter and thus conveying the flow of money into the scene. When you stand in front of it, it feels as though you are witnessing a moment of everyday observations captured in time. Each figure seems to act on its own thoughts, transforming the square into a small mirror of human motives.
