Visit to the "Printen" bakery Klein

The ”Printe”, a kind of gingerbread, is the ”national biscuit” of Aachen. It is available in numerous variations: Hard and soft, with almonds or nuts, decorated with an icing, or covered with chocolate. On a visit to the ”Printen” bakery Klein, you will learn everything about the famous Aachen speciality: What are the required ingredients? How is the dough prepared? How were ”Printen” made in former times and how are they made today?

Possible times (German language): Monday to Friday at 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. or on Saturday at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.

On Saturdays during the Christmas market, hourly tours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m

Participants: mininum 20 persons and maximum 50 persons
